VE Science will not sell or otherwise pass on contact information to other businesses under any circumstances other than those related to the provision of services contracted between you and VE Science or as a necessary part of any request made by you to VE Science. If, in the course of ordinary business and/or the preparation of the required reports, contact details are included in reports required by the State of NY these details will only be used as necessary to meet State requirements and will not be provided to any other party for any other purpose.

Please note that information provided to the State of NY regarding leakage from petroleum storage tanks does become publicly available.
